Covenants Committee
Building a deck, screened porch or fence? Changing your house numbers, outside lighting or adding a storm door? Erecting a playhouse, play set or doing extensive landscaping? You will need to submit a Design Review Application. You can find this form under documents.
Steps to follow for submitting your form:
1. Read the Design Guideline document.
2. Fill out the entire application. Attach all supporting documents and pictures. Include stain and paint samples. The more information you provide with your application the easier the process will be.
3. Be sure to provide your phone number/s so you can be contacted if the committee should have a question about your application and to receive a call that you're application has been approved/disapproved.
4. Mail your application to the address on the form
5. Your application will be reviewed at the monthly Covenants Committee meeting.

All residents are welcome to attend. Each meeting opens with a
homeowner's forum (three minutes) to address the committee. Since
the meeting is held in a private home, please call Loudoun
Management Associates (540-751-1888) if you plan to attend a meeting.
Please submit any questions, concerns, recommendations, or proposed new
language for the Design Standards and Guidelines (DS&G) to the email
address below. Keep in mind that all changes to the DS&G must be approved
by the board of directors. Thank you for taking an active role in our
