decks and fences.
Building a deck, screened porch, or fence?
.......changing your house numbers, outside lighting or adding a storm
door ? Thinking of erecting a playhouse, play set, or doing extensive
landscaping..............Here's how and what you need to be approved !
Step 1. Read the community Design Guidelines off this
web site. Details
and the guidelines can be found here.......... Fill out the design
review application and move to step 2.
Step 2. Attach all supporting exhibits or documentation
that must accompany the design review application for the proposed to
be applicable. An application submitted without all required submissions
will be considered incomplete. In such case, the Covenants Committee’s
forty-five (45) day review period will not begin until all required submissions
have been provided.
Step 3. Mail/submit the application and keep a copy
for yourself. Be sure to provide your phone number/s so you can be contacted
if the committee should have a question about your application and to
receive a call that your application has been approved/disapproved.
Step 4. Your application will be reviewed at the monthly
Covenants Committee meeting. Communicate with the Covenantes Committee
to be sure all information has been submitted. Confirm through email and
discuss any questions with the committee.
All decks and fences MUST be approved by
the HOA before construction can begin. Homeowners are subject to fines
if the guidelines are not followed and approved.
