The documents posted on the website are in two different formats. The first is Microsoft Word. The second is Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. Where practical, the HOA documents have been posted in ASCII text format as well. For the Adobe Acrobat format files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine to read these files.
