Pool FAQs Q: What are the pool operating hours? A: The pool is open Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-8PM. Q: I have a pass from last year. Is it still good? A: YES! Passes are permanent. REMEMBER, beginning the 2010 pool year, passes are assigned to individual family members in order to ensure children who require adult supervision have an accompanying adult. To find your pool pass ID to family member link, log in to your website account (www.kincaidforest.org) and go to the pool pass registration link. Look for POOL PASS ID number with the family member and match it to your physical pass. See example below. Q: I lost my pass. How do I get a new one? A: Lost pass replacement is $5. To obtain a replacement, log in to your website account (www.kincaidforest.org) and go to the pool pass registration link. Look for "request new pass" (see example above). Your pass will be reissued by the Pool Committee once the payment is received by LMA. In the event of a pool pass loss, please contact LMA (

) immediately so the pass can be deactivated. Q: I lost my pass and I want to swim today, what can I do? A: Temporarily, you can access the pool by showing the life guards your drivers license showing your name and home address until a new pass can be issued to you. Q: Where do I get my passes? A: Passes will be available at the start of the season at the guard desk, or after 4 business days from the request date during the season. Please bring a photo id to pick up your passes. Passes are issued by community volunteers, so please allow 4 business days for passes to be issued. Q: I requested my pass a while ago and it’s still not at the pool. What do I do? A: Please email

. Either can check the status of your pass. Q: I am a new homeowner and need to apply for a pass for the 1st time. How do I do this? A: Log in to your website account (www.kincaidforest.org) and go to the pool pass registration link. For each household member complete the short form. The pool committee will be alerted that you have requested passes and will issue. NOTE: If there is prior homeowner information in the fields, please do not type over names. Press the “Clear Data” key. Typing over the names will prevent the system from sending the request to the committee. Q: I have a new household member who needs a pass, how do I add them? A: You can add family members on the pool registration link. Bring up your account and press the “Add Resident” key. You can delete household members on the same screen. Q: I was prohibited from pool access for unpaid dues. How do I get my pass reactivated? A: Loudoun Management uploads payment data weekly. Your pass will be reactivated once your account is current. Please note that Guards can only follow the instructions on the screen when you scan your pass. If you believe your have been denied access to the pool in error, please call Loudoun Management, during business hours (M-Th 8:30am-5:30pm and 8:30am-12:30pm on Friday). The inability to enter the pool is NOT an emergency and emergency duty managers will be unable to access account information or override denied access during non-business hours. Q: Why do you ask for medical information? A: Guards will have access to this information at the pool by scanning your pass in the event there is an accident. Having this information available for Emergency responders could save a life.
