When does the pool open and close for the season?
The pool opens Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
 
What are the pool hours of operation?
  • M-F, 4:00 - 8:00 through and including 06/16/04
  • M-F, 11:00 - 8:00 beginning 06/17/04 through Labor Day
  • Sat/Sun/Holidays, 10:00 - 8:00
 
Will the pool hours of operation remain "Summer Hours" until school reconvenes?
Yes
 
Who do I contact for pool passes?
Loudoun Management Associates (LMA) our property management company.

When are Swim Lessons by the resident lifeguards be able?
You should coordinate directly with the lifeguard or US Aquatics,
however instructions should occur when the lifeguard is off duty.
 
I use a stroller to travel to the pool, how do I gain access?
Alert the desk guard that you require side entrance access and they will open the gate for you. But don't forget to sign-in.
 
I don't see a Pool Capacity and Pool Rules signs?
Loudoun Management Associates (LMA) is in the process of ordering the signs and will post both signs prior to the opening of the pool.
 
Should lifeguards be on deck at all times?
Yes
 
Who should I contact if I see a problem in the bathrooms? Bathrooms are cleaned daily, either the night before or the morning prior to the opening of the pool. Report all issue to the lifeguards.
 
Who is responsible for the pool trash maintenance?
The lifeguards will maintain all trash placed in the receptacles. The trash will be placed curbside on Sunday night for Monday Pick-Up
 
Sometimes chairs are not placed around the pool in user friendly
format?

Lifeguards are responsible for general set-up and breakdown for table and chairs, however, if you significantly rearrange furniture, please try to place the furniture to it's original position so the life guards may concentrate on their primary responsibilities.
 
Who do I notify if supplies are low?
LMA is responsible for order supplies. Typically, the lifeguards take inventory, however, if you believe something has been overlooked you may contact LMA at lma20132@aol.com.
 
Who will manage the flower pots? Our landscaping company "Frontier" has offered to plant flowers and drill holes in the bottom of the pots. We will ask the guards to water.
