Welcome to the Presidents Corner
!
I am Bob Stith the President of the Kincaid Forest Home Owners Association and I want to welcome you to our Website.
Kincaid Forest is a wonderful neighborhood located in scenic Leesburg Virginia. We are a neighborhood made up of
302 single family detached homes and 196 Townhomes. If you cruise through Kincaid Forest, you will most likely enter
it by turning onto Kincaid Blvd. As you come down Kincaid Blvd you will see our community pool on the right. It is a
fairly large pool with lanes set up for swimming laps and good size deep and shallow ends. There is also a baby pool.
Kincaid Forest is a kid- friendly neighborhood. We are very close to Cool Spring Elementary School with Middle Schools
and High Schools just a short bus ride away. I mentioned the pool; we also have a swim team in the neighborhood, with over
75 team members. This past year we had over 45 new neighbors move in, and it seems that once a house is put on the market,
it sells very fast. I am not surprised because I absolutely love coming home everyday to our peaceful neighborhood.
We do have an active neighborhood with Social Events and Welcome committees that set up various events for the
neighborhood. Whenever anyone new moves into our neighborhood, the Welcome Committee will show up with a warm handshake,
a welcome basket, and a smile. If you are thinking about moving, drive through Kincaid Forest and you'll be greeted with
a wave and smile by many of the residents.

Monthly Board Meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of the Month at 7pm
in the Leesburg Police Station Saftey Center.
Homeowners are welcome to attend.
